Lallah Rookh

1 1/2 oz light rum
3/4 oz cognac
1 tsp sugar syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 oz whipped cream

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a red wine goblet and top with whipped cream.
